Memory or motherboard needed

I have an old PC with 128MB RDRAM, I need to upgrade them
-OR-
I want to replace the motherboard with one supporting DDR1.

CPU is 1.7GHz, FSB-400.

Better throw the PC :P

I can't throw anything away because I will need it one day.
And I don't want to be screwed when that day comes :D.

If the board supports FSB-800, it will be good too.
