uper and lower back pain
 

iv been havin lately an upper back pain , i had it for about 6 days , and when i carried somethin heavy it went away , only yesterday i went to gym and today it came back .
3 days ago i had a lower back pain when i was driving , i had to stop and go out n walk , few minutes ago i had a lower back pain with the feeling of needles down there , now the pain is bearable , but am afraid of it becoming unbearable or of "disk" both up and down.
could this become more serious ?

I'm not a doctor but my relative had the same symptoms and if it is what I think it is then you will experience swelling in your front torso area and mood swings.
Treatment can be painful depending on the type of treatment you choose.

anyway I don't think it's a big deal, just a muscle spasm probably
take some antalgic or muscle relaxant (muscerol) and you'll be fine ...
