Parental Time Control

I need good software that can control how much each user can use a PC each day.

I have a young brother and a sister (bloody twins) that are driving us crazy with their fighting :@

Even if the PC only had mine sweeper they'd still fight.

easy cafe is the solution....it is what used in net cafe and easy to use ;)

Some anti viruses have parental control built in them, so check you might have one.

and If you use win 7, then it has a built in Parental control that has exactly what you want.
