Vcoderz Community - game help needed

hello , i've downloaded a game and and it worked fine at the start,it's a dart game. i can enter the game , choose player choose type of the game. but when i start to play it, i only see the name of the player on the bottom of the screen and all the screen become black but i can hear the sound. do you think it's a video card problem? and when i try to go to the configuration of the game it give me an error message titled microsoft .net framework and this what they write in this error :
