The shoutbox does not have a specific timing when our administration feels that the community need a shoutbox it's getting enabled.
we do know that the shoutbox is a good idea and that's why we added it. But if we keep the shoutbox enabled it will decrease alott the amount of posts in the forum. feel free to post any suggestions or comments. Regards, |

awwal shi respect the mod, and then the shoutbox was left open for a long time, it is a good idea but it was causing some problems, and we were having bad shouts this is why it is closed now.
