Déjà Vu

Déjà vu or already seen, is a situation where a person feel sure that he has witnessed or experienced a new situation previously.

It happens to me and it probably happened to you, déjà vu still a confusing phenomenon that has not yet been fully explained. Some psychologists explain that déjà vu is the expression of wish fulfillment.
Whereas other scientists argue that déjà vu occurs when present events are processed in a part of the brain typically used to recall past memories.

What is your opinion about the “déjà vu”? And have you ever witnessed any situation where you felt that you already been there? Or lived a certain experience before?

"Whereas other scientists argue that déjà vu occurs when present events are processed in a part of the brain typically used to recall past memories." i think this is a good explanation , however when it happens , i dont feel like iv been there , but i feel like iv dreamt about this situation and now i remembered my dream.

it happens to me ever since I was a kid... last time it happened was last summer when I had an accident, it was all "deja vu"

Nice topic

There's a scientific explanation of Déjà Vu that most people really donno. It's fairly complicated. O
ur brains have 2 parts: left & right loops & each eye connected to the opposite side of the brains "ur left eye links to ur right side of ur brain" & always when u see somethin' both sides of ur brain process at the same time so u don't feel anything else. BUT sometimes either the right or the left side of ur brain gets what u see in one of ur eyes faster than the other (out of sync) & shortly after that the 2nd eye comes late in sendin' what it saw n when u recognize the delay time ur brain translate it as a Déjà Vu sensation. "This is the Déjà Vu" I read about.

[edit]: adding the below

My
Déjà Vu repetitive memories are about FACES: sometimes i see people that I am 200% sure that I have seen them before, sometimes i'm right other times i'm wrong, but that's one of the Déjà Vus that i get.

I don't know if it's a part of deja vu, but sometimes when you are passing in a bad experience as H@ssan said in the case of his accident, you feel that time is passing very very very slow and you feel that you are predicting every situation that will happen then.

actually I faced something similar but it was not very slow and neither predictable. I had 3 big accidents when I was a small kid and in those accidents I saw myself from another perspective as if I am another person watching Justin/Myself drowning in the pool or laying down in the middle of the road or being in a bloody shape. I am not sure if it has to do with Déjà Vu but that was one of the things that I never understood.

Justin..very nice explanation about it above, makes perfect sense..anyways the way I feel it is when say for example i'm witnessing a conversation between 2 people, then let's say someone walks in to the room and another person spills water etc..whilst those things are happening I start predicting [in a very fast motion] how actions will go, masalan when the two guys are talking b2oul uff I heard them talk like that b4 [w bsattel w bsir seket] then I say uff halla2 baddo yfout 7ada [just b4 I can even think that b fout 7ada] w then I say uff now someone will [someone spills water] spill water, etc...hek bet sir ma3e bas for a short period of time hek bser3a kamen..:004: nice topic btw

Somewhere in your day you are doing something when you suddenly realize that you did that something in a similar situation and sometimes in the same exact environment. At that time is when you almost have a vision about what happened before and you start comparing it what's happening now, and while you are thinking about this something happens but somehow you realize that was going to happen because the whole scene happened before.

it happens to me quite a bit, but not at any specific time. sometimes someone will be talking to be and i will feel like this already happened.

I dont remember if i read this somewhere or if i made it up myself haha(which is highly possible) but i know that they say we always have dreams at night but dont remember them. so i assumed that deja vu is something we have dreamed of and then when it happens in real life that why we feel its the second time around. i thought it made sense but i think its just some Miss O. make believe!
