The font is not so good, higher resolution/ different font size/font type would be better.

but shouldn't : "Who We Are?" (under about us) be "Who Are We?"

Very Very nice, but one thing
in the homepage rolling images, its hard to recognize the "Read full article" make font white or smthn...

I'd suggest you to remove all this pathes from robots.txt and remove configuration.php-dist and rename the admin panel directory.

admin panel protected, im still tuning the website on daily basis, im improving it

The best protection is to place it in some directory which no one else knows. You don't know how many sites there are where you can extract login and password and just don't know the path to admin dir where you can enter them. if it is like n944siteadmin then there's no way to remotely find it (ok ok, dir bruteforse, but it can take years).
Yes these days software that you installed is secure (there's no public exploit for it I mean), but tomorow it can change.
And the configuration.php-dist discloses the version info if you don't know.
