Will Kronum be the world's next big sport?
 

Welcome to Kronum - a new sport that is a mash-up of football (Association, Gaelic and Australian), basketball and even quidditch.

The world's newest sport was set up in Philadelphia about a year ago, and is already starting to gain some buzz around the United States.

The game is played in a circular pitch of 70 yards in diameter that is split into four 'quadrants,' each one of which has a goal.

The teams must defend two goals each, and there are two ways to score - one by kicking or throwing the ball into the net, and more profitably, buy getting the ball through one of the five "crown rings" at the top of the goals.

What part of the pitch you score in determines how many points you get in the 10 v 10 game, and you can only take two steps with the ball before you have to start dribbling.

i like it, but i don't think that it can gain a lot of ground due to the nature of the pitch.it's a ****in circle!
