How to Bypass Ogero VOIP Restriction

I installed a new sodetel DSL internet @ my work premises, I've been trying to call using skype with no success, i called their tech support and they told me that OGERO blocked VOIP :S, what's the solution?!

He calls you Skype to Skype or Skype to Phone?

I am sodetel, I can call skype to skype, and I retested it after I read this thread :p

I assumed maybe his problem was skype to phone?

Yes skype to phone is restricted, i'm gonna try hot spot shield now hopefully it will work
i purchased a VPN in USA, works smoothly, but downgrades ur speed...
