need help with iphone & iTunes library

heya
i have iphone 4
i was using my other laptop to add music , library bla bla bla
so my other lappy RIP :P
and this laptop i'm using now is clean , no music no anything
so how can i start sync and add music to the iphone from the new laptop
when i try to sync it from here they say i should erase everything and add new shit
any help ?
i don't wanna empty my iphone :/
and i can't access my old lappy cause it's dead so i play with the hex bla bla
any idea ?

Easy , sell your iproducts (or burn them , youll do a good thing for humanity) and get an android phone , where the phone will be actually your phone forever , not apple's.

There's an application for Macs called "Pod To Mac", I don't know if there's an equivalent for it on Windows.
