ISP latency

I need a favor from everyone reading this thread :P tell me who is your internet service provider, what area you live in, what package you are subscribed to and what ping google.com gives you :p

I live in jounieh and am subscribed to sodetel 2 mbps and the latency is now 460 ms on average! it sucks so bad for gaming and voice chatting and everything...

and yes I know ogero has the best latency but I don't want ogero :p what would be the second best?

Ping Average Latency: 200 ms, sometime its 390 i dont know what is happening!

what was the ogero's ping before now then?
200 to 400 is still bad and not worth it...

it used to be i think around 100ms

HAHAHAHA here im getting less than 18 ms and max 20 ms :D :D at peak time that is , i think its less than 5 at non peak time , download not less than 1 mb peak time , 1.4 mb off peak time , now this is how the internet should be! :D

NetCable, IDM reseller.
Latency below 100 ms to google.
Quota 1Mbps between 2 PM and 12 AM & 2Mbps the rest of the time.

Oops, my mistake.
i forgot to mention the quota lol.
It's 1Gb before the account starts to decrease to 512kbps...
But it's unmetered at night between 1 and 9 AM.
