How work is done in Dubai/Human has a value

two days ago , a street called Dubai financial street had an accident , where a man was hit by a car, the authorities noticed that this road needs a traffic light and a passage for walkers , in few days they will be installing a one.
Back to lebanon , there's particular INTERSECTION in saida , where 10s of people died at and other 10s of car accidents occured and still no traffic lights no shit .
Im seriously amazed by how work is done here , how they are working day and night for security and care for people , im not even crossing red lights anymore , and walking a little more distance to reach the walkers passage even when there is no cars , for reasons like my will to respect the law , and the fact that there are civilian hidden cops that when they see you they find you 60$ (:p) and there is no connection that can save you from that , even the citizens here .
Everyone is under the law , i wish that lebanon can be that!
