Where is the missing dollar?
 
Three people check into a motel. The desk clerk charges $30 for the room, so each pays $10 and goes to the room. A while later, the clerk realized the room should have been only $25, so he sent the bellboy to the room with $5 change. On the way, the bellboy couldn't figure out how to split $5 evenly among the three people, so he gave each person $1 and kept the remaining $2 for himself.

This means that the 3 each paid $9 for the room, for a total of $27. Add to that the $2 the bellboy kept and the total is $29. Where is the missing dollar?

thats how i thought of it..
the three guys paid 10 each
then the hotel gave back 5 but the bellboy gave back only 3 and kept 2

i could have a mice brain in math but it's logic.

first you tried to set us up when u said this:

u added the 2 dollars to the 27 which is wrong u had to add 3 dollars because the 2$ were taken by the bellboy.

The enclosure is the womb, and the ten doors are the ten orifices of man, namely his eyes, his ears, his nostrils, his mouth, the apertures for discharge of excreta and urine, and the navel. When the child is still in its mother's womb, the navel is open, but all the other apertures are shut, but when the child issues from the womb the navel is closed and the other orifices are open:P:P any more!
