You go to control panel>>network and internet connections>>network connections>>Local area connection,you double click on the last one and then on properties,then you double click on internet protocol TCP/IP and you change the last digit of the ip address to another number.

sponge bob is right, a conflict of ip with another computer means that you have to change your ip.

Or if you had 2 network cards that are enabled they may conflicting with each other so try to disable one of them when u dont need it.
