It's a lie, that girl looks Lebanese and transexual people can be noticed.
However there's no "miss bahrein" i never heard of it!

Her name is Pamela Khoury, she is a lebanese singer, she is 21 years old..
At age of 15 she was elected Miss Summerland..
Currently she is a student in LAU studying communication arts..
