Windows Vista

For whoever is thinking about installing windows vista! it sucks! don't think about installing it if you have a pc that got less than 1GHz of memory ,the CPU is smaller than 3.0GHz and an old VGA.Programs like firefox,Nero, real one are still not compatible with it and many other softwares. They made this OS to gain more money by obliging people to upgrade their hardware, maybe the good thing about it,is that they worked on the looks and some security features. I can't wait to reinstall windows XP,i miss it already >_<
Peace.

Re: Windows Vista

First lemme clarify things,
vista requires 512mb of ram as a minimum (all the pcs sold in the market have this amount) and a recommended 1gb (not ghz).
second there are no 3+ghz cpu other than the P4.the core duo, core 2 duo and core 2 extreme and core 2 quadro, the amd athlon 64 and athlon 64x2 and athlon FX and FX x2 ALL run on lower clock speed (ranging from 1.6 to 2.93 ghz)
but they are all faster than the P4.
ba3den a low end vga is recommended and not required for vista, cuz it will enable you to run the 3D desktop feature.
furthermore, the compatibility issue is of course gonna be solved soon, and the release date of vista wich IS NOW FINAL is december for corporates and January for users.remember that vista is made for people who buy softwares for money not for people who gets pirated cds for 1$!!!!
of course it will not be compatible with older versions, because vista is something new.
in addition, vista is great, and i cant wait to have it (of course i should get a powerfull laptop)
one con for vista is that it is heavy and it slows down the gaming performance.
