Program Needed PLz

Hey all,

I would like to ask about a program that converts audio files (mp3,wma...) Into AMR files for My cell phone..

Another question,

My cell Type is: Mokia 6230i. My phone only reads mp3 and amr files.. Can I install a program where my phone can read RM files ?? I mean Am I able to install a program to this type of cell inorder to read RM files ??
