Goverment television stations aprooves and assure that president general Michel Aoun had lost christian popularity in the few months.Do you beleive this says?:

Simple answer : No ONE can know if GMA or FPM had lost or gained popularity, Unless, Early Elections take place. This is the only way that we can be sure about the popularity issue.

no one but general aoun's asking for new elections and they're not listening to him... let them make a new election and show us what they've got ;)

P.S: he might lose popularity but not more than 50% el fare2 bayno w bein dakkache :p

well guys they said that general aoun has lost his popularity. well if that so why don't they see that 80% of orthodox are with the general, that is of course without people from other religions

Yes, he definitely lost some 5 % in the christian street ..probably even 8% ...

But in the muslim street , he gained more popularity ...
At least they are applying secularism ..
Something that Makes Tayyar unique from Moustaqbal, LF ...etc , the same stations talking about him losing Christian popularity ...(loooool)

Hey Every one , i dont think Aoun lost popularity , i think he lost his mind ,In France he was a sane men with lots of respect than he came to lebanon and became syrianized to get to the chair.

Anyways, In my oppinion GMA lost some popularity, the proof is the Uni election where tayyar kassa7 last year (in usj they only lost 2 seats in 2005) and this year ma kassa7 (didn't loose bass ma kassa7).
So they lost popularity that's for sure, they didn't really gain anything in the muslim street, only the people that where pro-hezb for example now like tayyar but they didn't become FPMers.
And one last thing the popularity that he lost in the christian street didn't necesserly go to LF or 14 feb/march.

Lost his mind not really, he is just making (very) wrong turns, the same way 14 march did before him, bass if you'r a 14 march supporter and you concider that Aoun lost his mind that means that you just came out of Deir L salib coz you had the same desease 1 year ago!

i think ur right man once the general came to lebanon jumblat and hariri made him lost his mind because he's tryin to find out how they thinks in politics and till now neither GMA or any sane in lebanon couldnt find out because joumblat keeps on spinning and spinning and the other one is still a child no one understand what hes sayin, and now 14 febs gang are showing us who is stuck on a damn chair and cant leave it. lik how can you say about GMA syrianized show me 1 proof of it and i'll leave the FPM for good.
