problem in usb

i have a problem in usb my computer does not recognize the usb it gives a yellow exclamation next to it what shall i do especially i am trying to connect my mobile to pc

put your motherboard CD and try again to reinstall the driver for the USB ports ... and see if this works ...

well i have a memory stick usb 8gb that the pc is not reading it, i tryed it in a 2.0 i didnt tooo what do you think guys....:Tawa:

malak look if it came with a driver when u bought it, if not go to google and search for driver usb flashdrive 8gb ( the company Ex: memorex.... ) driver, you should find it

If it's a cheap USB I am sorry to tell you this but the best place for it is the garbage, bassita we all did this mistake once!!!

i think its a driver problem....the USB that u bought probably needs something installed with it like boudi said
