what do u think about the windows vista ?
have u got it or not yet ?
how kind of updated things can we found on it ? and do u recommend it to get it or no ?

well....i haven't got it yet but friend did and it is stunning it shows u the windows in 3d and yes i would recommen it thank u ...

i would not really recommend it right now, it is full of bugs still, and nothing is compatible with vista, even vista is not compatible with vista!
anyway, you should wait for a vista SP2, if u dont want to be a beta tester.
as for it looks, the softwares inside... they are stunning really. but i'm intersted in the content more than the look.

Vista is less buggy than XP, it has a really nice hardware performance calculator and many other things. The problem is, to benefit from Vista fully you need a system that looks like this:
- 4.2GHz CPU 1133MHz bus
- LGA975 1133MHz bus MB with 8MB shared cache
- 4GB RAM 833MHz


...I say wait a year or two before implementing Vista. Or better, go to Linux and forget all about Microshit.

lol, there are no cpu clocked at 4.2:p to be fair, a core 2 duo E6600 2.4 ghz 4 mb L2 cache is good enough. as well as 2gb of ram.

For those who want vista, i recommend it ;)

but first go to this website and download "Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor" it will scan your PC and telll you if your pc can support Vista ;)

I am waiting till drivers become available (in 3months or so) I have a free premium vista which came with my laptop :)

I downloaded Windows Vista Final from a 0day FTP right after it was released (i think it was in November). I installed it, and it is working great on my PC, and Genuine :P .
MY PC : i bought it in 2005 or 2006, before Geforce7 .I use it to play games mostly.
Processor: Intel 2.66GHz Prescott 533MHz/1MB
Ram: 1GB (2x512mb) Kingston DDR400
Motherboard: Intel D915GAV PCI Express
HDD: a 80GB sata i think Western Digital (my bro got it for me)
Sound Card: Built in
Graphics Card: NVIDIA Geforce6 MSI NX6600GT TD128E (128GDDR3 with 12pp)
OS:Microsoft.Windows.XP.Professional.Corporate.SP2 .Integrated.January.2007.MULTI.IMAGE-ETH0 & Microsoft.Windows.Vista.Final.(BGBuilt6000)

It has bugs but they are getting fixed, but this one is not bad. But it takes like 512MB ram OMG! . It has alot of great features and it is way better than XP, but there are still probs, and some of the drivers are still Beta (like my VGA driver) , i dont know if there are new ones now.
About the crack and how to get the SN (there are lots of fakes), you figure it out :P .
If you are looking for drivers compatible with Vista there's a website just for that. If you want it send me a PM.
(As for updates, Mr.Bill Gates is gladly updating it for me when i connect :D )

this is a driver for ur vga, beta but the very new one.
anyway i cant believe that u got a final version in november, and that it is running on such cpu, and this amount of ram, c'mon ya3ne.
