i need help PLZZZZZ

i think i have a virus on my pc or spyware cz everytime i open my internet explorer at any website a message appears after the name of the site as follows " hacked by Godzilla " and i tried norton it can't move it and it's giving me hard time on msn too
Any advice other than formatting the pc
