you have remot administrator tool aw Radmin, you can turn off the other pc, restart it ....
but i dont think it is legal to post it here! :(

Nah that's not true, i do have remote administrator, first as long you live in lebanon you don't have to worry if someone knows your ip because there are more than 1000 person who shares the same ip unless you have modem connection or you meant network ip.
As about remote administrator it's totally legal program and not counted as a trojan horse because you have to install it on the client's pc and it makes a beep when you remote the other computer feel free to post here.
Don't worrk if someone knows your ip it's not dangerous ;)

Sub7 ??? name me one AV that dosen't catch it ? plus it's kinda bad.
way to go for ra :)
as for the IP, in lebanon ....tunnels FTW !!

I have a question, why some ISPs gives shared IPs? O_o I mean, why not everyone has it's own one?

if the isp is legal, it does it to save money. if it is illegal (routing w cabling ...)
then the only thing it can do is to give a shared IP.

some legal ISP give shared IPs cuz IP costs money (or that is what they say) but even in lebanon if u buy a wisebox u have a real IP lol i guess it doesnt cost anymore hehehe
