Seems like a problem caused by a router, how do you connect to the internet?? Cable?? ask him if he changed any router that serves you.

PS: who needs IE anyways, stick to Firefox

Rami I think this is a temporary problem from your ISP ...
use FireFox in the meanwhile :S (ma3 eno iza fi problem min el ISP ma lezim yemshe el FireFox kamena)

the 1st thigns that come to mind are Norton(yuck) or window firewall...check teh settings for these two
i dnt think its a router cz IE n MSN use known ports and settings

i have the same problem , msn stop working and nothing open on IE , everyday happens to me aout 2 hours and then everything run fast
