hotmail problem plz help

hey guys it's been two weeks and my hotmail is not signing in any email not the msn . the msn is working fine but when i want to check my hotmail and inbox it doesn't sign in :S i tried on a nother computer it entered to the inbox but on my pc it's not working help me plz is it a virus or what . i have used firefox and IE and on both of them it's not working
i have updated my IE to 6.0 still help me plz i can't send any emails or check what i have recieved .:@:@:@:@:@:@:(:(:(:(:(:(

well it just doesn't enter it puts no error it puts the page that says " the page cannot be displayed .... "
