if you have a mtc number:
you can go to : http://www.flex.mtctouch.com.lb/ and register there with your number and send free sms

and if you have alfa number go to: http://www.alfa.com.lb/
and do the same thing

i have put some article for free sms and it was in Arabic search for it , i remember that the mod of this forum close it , so search for it here

yeah, there was a free a sms system, but it costed a lot, and we are not able to bring it back right now, except if the members help us in donations

u dont pay bas u must have a valid MTC TOUCH NUMBER
