Body Building

Do u go 2 Gym 2 body build? if yes, do u go just for muscles? or for keepin' urself in a better health n shape that's all...
If u do not go, ever thought goin' in?..

what's ur thoughts about all of this?

Yes, i go to the gym for muscles, and because i want to lose weight, so my body wil burn alot of calories just to maintain the muscle that i build up

no no , i work on myself at home a practice pushups and me3de and practice every thursady in school football team

Do u go 2 Gym 2 body build? No , i just make some work stuff in house and all the summer swimmi and in the winter many activities so i don't go to any gym !!
If u do not go, ever thought goin' in?.. yes maybe when i'll be bored and have no activities 4 sure i'll enter :D:D

I add to that,running and working on a machine,not in a gym though
