u get HIV through sexual relationships
or through blood transfusin or if a mom is HIV positive n gives birth to a child he will be infectted or through contaminated needles...
no their i nothing to be woried about because if u touch him u won't be infected
i actually don't simce ive never been next to an HIV infected person.

Well, No, Cause I Know That The Disease Doesn't Spread That Way, Only Threw Sexual Relations And Blood Transfusin.

i didn't mean by this that are you afraid to get the disease?, i meant does it bother to hang out with an HIV infected person ? coz people will start to think that maybe you also have the disease or maybe you behave like that person ... coz most people tends to be judgmental ... they judge according to what they see only ...

-well i know by the pregnant mother to her son , and theres a risk from the kiss :o :o :o the hiv is in the saliva!! :o :o :o but not concetrated as much as in the sexual organs....

اكتشاف ثلاثة جينات مقاومة لفيروس الإيدز

اكتشف فريق بحث دولي ثلاثة جينات في الحامض النووي لمرضى مصابين بفيروس نقص المناعة المكتسبة (الإيدز)، يمكنها مقاومة الفيروس، كما أوردت سويس إنفو.

ويقول الباحثون إن هذه النتائج ستساعد العلماء في البحث عن لقاح ضد الإيدز يعزز التأثيرات الإيجابية لهذه الجينات، بحيث تساعد نظام المناعة بالجسم في التغلب على العدوى.

قاد هذا المشروع البحثي الأستاذ بمعهد المايكروبيولوجيا بجامعة لوزان السويسرية آماليو تيلِنتي وزملاؤه، واستغرق 18 شهرا، ونشرت نتائجه بمجلة "سَيَانس".

وقدم المشروع أول دراسة تحليلية للكيفية التي يستجيب بها الجينوم الوراثي البشري لعدوى الفيروس المسبب للإيدز.

ويقول الدكتور تيلنتي أنه وزملاءه الباحثين قد وجدوا ثلاثة جينات قوية جدا ضد فيروس نقص المناعة (HIV)، مضيفا أن المحظوظ هو من كان لديه هذه الجينات المتغايرة الثلاثة، التي تحميه من عدوى الفيروس.

وقام الباحثون في لوزان وجنيف بتحليل التكوين الجيني (الوراثي) لدى 486مريضا بالإيدز، وأجروا مسحا لعينات الدم نحو نصف مليون جين للوصول إلى التصنيف الوراثي لكل مريض.

طابور جينات
وأرسلت البيانات والمعطيات إلى الولايات المتحدة حيث صنفت الجينات في طابور طويل، وفقا لقدرتها على مقاومة فيروس الإيدز والتصدي للعدوى.

ويقول تيلنتي إن قدرات (أجسام) الناس في السيطرة على الفيروس بشكل طبيعي متفاوتة جدا. ويتضح وجود تأثير أو عامل بشري، يحتاج العلماء للوصول إلى مفتاح تقليد أو إحداث هذا التأثير.

وكان جينان متغايران قد اكتشفا ضمن الجينات المسيطرة على نظام مضادات الخلايا البيضاء البشرية (HLA)، الذي يلعب دورا رئيسا في نظام المناعة، من حيث التعرف على الغزاة الدخلاء على الجسم ووصمهم تمهيدا لتدميرهم.

ويقول المسؤولون عن مشروع لقاح الإيدز إن هذه النتائج الأخيرة ستزيد دراماتيكيا المعرفة المتاحة حول سبب اختلاف أو تفاوت أداء المرضى تجاه السيطرة على الفيروس.

ويرى تيلنتي أن هناك في نتائج هذا المشروع البحثي أمورا مفيدة للصناعة الصيدلانية، بل مفيدة علميا عامة. ويعود الأمر إلى العلماء الذين سيتابعون هذه القضايا بحيث ينظرون في قائمة النتائج ويقررون ما ينبغي فعله بهذه الجينات المثيرة للاهتمام.

وأضاف أن علماء الفيروسات والمناعة قد أبدوا بالفعل اهتماما جارفا حول أحد الجينات المكتشفة في هذه الدراسة باعتباره هدفا ممكنا للقاح المنشود.
