Many families don't accept the idea of marriage of their son/daughter during their education period because education should come first and then marriage comes ...
- Is their point of view correct regarding boys ? regarding girls ?

- Does Education represents an obstacle for marriage ? or a person can handle both at the same time ?

- Is university degree a guarantee for the future of girl more than marriage ?

- Is Marriage at early age a strong cause of divorce ? coz the guy can't handle responsibility yet, and the girl is occupied with her studies ... so the problems begin to accumulate !

Ofcourse their point of view is correct in bothe cases, how are they to provide for each other if they have no jobs, therefore no money, therefore no future

People canot handle both at the same time, people have to get an education first, then get a job, then get married so they have a sense of how to provide for each other

Ofcourse, girls cannot depend on marriage and their husbands supporting for them, both the husband and the wife should provide for each other, so the girl needs the degree so she can work

Is Marriage at early age a strong cause of divorce ?
Ofcourse, people, as i said, shoudnt marry at an early age, they should wait to be adults so they can sort their future out

Well, I Don't Think It's Correct For Both, Boys And Girls.
Cause, Education Is Not Everything, If The Two Can Live Together, w2eza Fyoon Y2ammno Mousta2baloon, I Don't Think That They Both Should Be Educated.

Well, My Uncle Is Not Educated, He Reached Grade 9 And Left School, And He Got Married Two Years Ago, And His Wife Is Pregnant Now, And They're Living A Very Happy Life, Bala 7asad, w2allah Yeb3ood El Darbeit :D
And They Handle Everything. So I Don't Think That Education Represents An Obstacle For Marriage At All...

Well, I Think That Yes, It's True That The Girl Doesn't Have To Have A University Degree To Get Married, But If She Has It, The Has The Guarantee For Her Future, In Case She Didn't Get Married.

Well, Yeah I Guess, Marriage At Early Age Is Difficult, And I'm Against It If The Couple Can't Take This Responsibility...

How can a guy with no degrees have a family ? what is he gona work ? shi zghir ? is it gona be enough to put his kids in school and to assure a good life to his wife? i dont think so .. when it comes to girls all parents think this way eno a girl with a degree wont be "dependente" of her husband .. in case toli3 a son of a ***** she can leave him and live her life .. she can work .. 3akes benet who cant work w ma ma3a shhede w btojbor 7ala teb2a with her husband la t3ish ..

it's not an obstacle but when i think of marriage i think of family n kids .. n when m havin kids i'll do my best to be with them aktar wa2et possible ... w i cant do it if m at uni ..

Boys: Actually, even EDUCATION Isn't enough to get married... u have to finish education n have a job then start thinking of planning to get married.. cuz in our world 2day... studies aren't everythin'... u need 2 get a job... many students got their degrees n didnt have a job... that leads us to a question: "Could u get married without having a job?"... 2en2en... impossible...

Girls: In my opinion, they should get married after finishing their education so they could teach their children @ home, helping them with their homeworks n studies... they can play the role of a Teacher/Tutor...

Education is a small life obstacle.. all what u gotta do is 2 graduate n get ur degree with honor.. n here comes the HUGE OBSTACLE in our life today.."MARRIAGE"... it's not a game, it's not a toy, it's not limited... marriage is another NEW LIFE... u can't work n study n have children at the same time... u won't last long in my opinion.. humans r not machines...

reviving an old thread, and I wish to get new answers now. I will not answer the questions of this thread the way they are asked, I will just write a paragraph about it. feel free to do the same:

education is important for both males and females to get married and yes I see education as an obstacle for marriage. uneducated will of course get married, but lets put it this way, would a female doctor, dentist, whatever marry a man that is uneducated? I think no way, they can't even speak 2 words to each others without it feeling awkward. same goes for guys, I just can't marry someone who is uneducated, I find a hard time even speaking to uneducated people, not because I feel I am better, bas simply because we have nothing in common. I want to speak biology, economy, computers, sociology, logic!!. what are they going to speak about? how they got drunk the other day or about how they got into some fight, in the village, they keep telling me when was the last time they milked the cow and how they put it to sleep. and they would look at me as if I am from another planet, and I would look at them the same way.

imagine living with someone you don't understand.

education does not have to be equal, men I think should be more educated, we have a better chance. halla2 before you accuse me of being a sexist, lets face the truth. guys can reach the age of 28 and 30 and not get married, they can afford to stay at the uni till the age of 26 studying for a PHD. on the other hand women in their 30s will find a hard time getting married especialy if she is aming for guys younguer than 36, so it is common for men to have a higher education. and even if women won't work after marriage, they need that degree . like I said better communication, and a feeling of independance, that you achieved something on your own, mich la papi wla jawzé :hawhaw:


to women who value their looks too much and don't value or take care of education and brains, by the time you reach 50, you would have lost any and all of your worth, if for some reason you get divorced, widowed la sama7 alla etc... you're nothing
a 50 year old man with no education can still work as a technician, taxi driver etc... a 50 year old uneducated woman won't even be hired to sell vegetables.
