just open command prompt, type nslookup
but most IPs in lebanon arent real IPs... which means, all the PCs in a network connected to the internet can have the same IP (they pass through some router)

eza msn, SOMETIMES when u open a video session - audio chat, u make a direct connection with the other person, if that was the case, thats how he knew ur ip =) (google for netstat for more info)
