Politics is like history, they always repeat themsleves, one part is with USA the other is with Syria then we attack each other like little children. Then Syria and USA make an agreement and we hit a brick wall, well this is how i view it because this is what happened and i think we ll always happen as long as most people follow leaders like SG ,GMA, Walid Junblat. Both belong in prison (or worse) for killing so many ppl during the war. Anyways I would never follow one leader, 1st as you can see their opinions change according to situations or to allies, so they do not have a clear line between what is politics and what is a political path. the only guy who always followed one political path is slaymen franjiyeh altho i do not like his path but at least he is following it. Anyways, i hope some day the lebanese people will out grow this stupid madness. into concentrating less on politics and more on their lives and economics because politics ruin people and economics help us evolve.. sorry for the out of subject but well this is my opinion.
Considering the above, of course SG will not say the truth, what will he say:
- SG came out of prison because USA wanted that
- GMA came to lebanon with clean records because Syria wanted to
(or vice versa nobody knows), so for this of course he will protect his ally (USA for now which is only doing its business). same for GMA, if syria had no business in Lebanon, why would it even consider helping GMA. We cannot ignore that these countries control our fate, but instead of standing together and fighting them we chose to get seperated and to ally with the enemy and destroy ourselves under the flag of patrotism which is an equivalent to personal wealth and protection these days. well, I am glad all the patriots (from all sides) are dead in war so they wouldn't witness these stupid days!

I don't agree with you,
Saying that GMA came to Lebanon with a clean record coze syria wanted to, is not fair at all, his judicial file was always empty first , second when he came back, syria was out my friend and the Americans were driving everybody that time.

@Tarek1990, i do not want to go into a debate but you said it, Americans were driving so he came with the Americans or Syrians it does not matter.
as for clean records? nobody has clean records not SG, nor GMA nor hariri or Jumblat. people who get involve in wars never have clean records.

It's not about ppl get involved in war, you can't put everybody in the same basket
1 - GMA was a commander of a legal Army, he is entitled to defend his troupes and his ppl
2 - He was not the one who began the war in 1975, militia leaders were the ones
3 - As for others Militia leaders, who elected them to do what they did and to order killing civilian ppl?
4 - They blamed him on declaring war on Syrian occupation in 1990, while syrian troupes were besieging the free Lebanese area, shelling, killing civilian ppl and now after syria is out, they want to pursue her and overthrow the regime in Damascus
