[MUSTSEE] Where to swim in 2007?
 

Hey guys, I was reading 'Environment & Development' Magazine, Volume 12, Number 111, June 2007 and there was an article about where to swim in summer 2007 and the results of bacterial tests made in May 2006 and May 2007.

I think that you should know this before going swimming this summer:
(Note that the maximum limit allowed is 100 fc/100ml)

Adding to all of this, there are fuel leftovers from the Jiyyeh Factory bombing during the July 2006 War on the following beaches : Anfé, Chekka, Batroun, Amchit, Jbeil, Tabarja, Al manara, Al Sa3diyyet.

allow me to correct that in jbeil, there are 2 beaches, ba7sa and the sands, ba7sa is so clean they spent the whole winter cleaning it, concerning the sands it's so dirty and full of fuel...

depends on which ba7sa and which ramle, abou philipe (ramel) is a complete disaster, i went there 2 weeks ago and went out of the water totally black... concerning Edde Sand's im sure he cleaned everything, with his money he can clean the whole planet! :D

concerning ba7sa, im talking about the part near el azrak restaurent, not the normal ba7sa:D sorry for the lack of information giving :D

In the magazinr they ddint mention the beaches here in ras beirut???? like I mean 7ameim el 3askareh or sporting or long beach or aub beach??? and plz if they have mentioned tell us r they good or bad to swim at????
