Vcoderz Community - help: Multisim assignment

hello:)
i need help this time brothers.
i have a graded assignment that should be done using workbench Multisim.
usually if you are a Computer/electrucal engineering student (or graduate) you should know it easy, if not then it means you haven't worked on multisim and you cannot help.
i opened this thread because i haven't learned yet to work on this software:S
so tell me how to solve these 2 (should take few minutes).
ex1:
An op amp integrator has R=50 Kohms and C=0.04 microF. if the input voltage is Vi = 10 sin(50t) mV, Obtain the output voltage.

ex2
the switch opens at t=0, determine v(t) for t>0 (attachment)

i use multisim freeware edition 9 (2005).
any useful help is very appreciated:)
