The 3 Impossibilities

When i read this i thought to myself, we always hear about the three impossibilities ... and usually when something impossible to do or make we say it's "rabi3 el mousta7ileit" ...

A quick look to the three impossibilities that the arabs know in the world, we find that they are :
1 - The Ogre (الغول)
2 - The Griffin (العنقاء)
3 - The True Friend (Real, trusty, fidel) (الخل الوفي)

I remember a story when i was in "seconde" that the arabic literature teacher told us about the fidelity of "السموأل" to his friend "امرؤ القيس" when he prefered to see his son dying infront of his eyes rather than to break the promise he gave to "امرؤ القيس" to protect his legacies ...

- So do you think that we can have such loyal and trusty friend or it's an impossibility (as said above) to have a true friend nowadays?
- if you want to add something to this 3 impossibilites ... what it would be? and why?

Actually,I hear people saying "men sebi3 l moustahilet" :p ma rah nekhtelif 3al ra2em:p





Nowadays,it's hard to find a true friend but it is not impossible,and once we find that true friend it is not an impossibility anymore...
If I want to add something to this 3 impossibilities it would be absolut beauty or absolut smartness because no one is perfect...

yeah you are right, but that's a common mistake that most people do, it's not "sebi3 el mousta7ileit" it's "rabi3 el mousta7ileit" coz there are only 3 impossibilities not 6 ...

from my point of view finding that person is nearly impossible ... that's why i guess they included "الخل الوفي" to the impossibilities together with "الغول" and "العنقاء" which are old myths ...

A forth impossibility for me would be to defeat an ignorant man in an argument. ;)

Well u can never find a true friend ... there's nth called true friendship ... Friendship is aslan a HUGE word that many people dont get ... they say "friends" to every1 they hang out with ... anyway the pers. we hang out with ma fi aktar menon and they show u that they care so u start considering them as FRIENDS and then when smtg bad happens n ur down , u turn 2 c who's next 2 u and u'll only find one pers. left and this is ur true friend ...
Anyway it's not abt finding a true friend , it's abt being patient coz as i said b4 this true friend might b right next 2 u and u just need to wait for the right time 2 discover it ...
