Zahleh 1981: Teta vs Hafez L Assad
 

In 1981, Hafez L Assad decided that Zahleh was a thread to Syria somehow and its schools and civilian needed cleaning so he launched an attack on it, I've got a video of the resistance and the defense of Zahleh (1hour) and it will uploaded during the summer, here's a small extract from it not taken on the front lines but in the Maléji2, It's a Lebanese Zahliote explaining to Hafez L Assad what he will take from Zahleh and what is he dealing with (in her own words of course ;) ) The rest of the video includes battle scenes so if you would like a link to it when I upload it please say so in the thread or by PM.

I don't think that video was shot during 1981, coz back then there was only TL ... the video showed LBC logo which was founded in 1985 !!! ... anyway it's still a great one, i'm still laughing at the last part :p

Well they explain that first.
The video was shot during 81 by man in Zahleh, LBCI later broadcasted it un-edited.*

Asslane I think LBCI's got all of TL's old archive.

loooooooooool man i didn't say i don't beleive you, but just upon watching it from the second time, i noticed LBC logo and it was strange since there was no LBC during 1981 ...

i thought about the possibility that it could be taken from TL ... bass in the corner of the video there are no logo of TL or at least erased ones ... eno if they took it from them, they should put the logo i think (i'm not expert in these stuffs)

but it makes more sense that someone shot the video back then and gave it later on to LBC ...
