they will not just nag and annoy users here and there =>
they will have enough money to establish new corporations, but these corporations will make the hackers look like non-hackers, or civilised corporations, which will be vulnerable to attacks from other hackers.
OMG, so my point of view, is that hackers can't rule the world, but they can cause big damage whenever they want (provided they have such important abilities)

hackers can never rule this world but they can rule the internet :P which allows them to damage a lot of databases and destroy a lot of companies because most of the companies now have all their database on the internet...
so hopefully this won't happen
