The Other Account Must Be Limited And Your's An Admin, Thats First.
Then U Can Modify Thier Settings Thier Is An Option Called Prevent Other Users From seeyin My Files Or So.. If That Doesn't Work TheN I'll Post a Program That Hides Files With A Pass ;) |

yes encrypt your documents
right click on the folder->properties ->advanced check encrypt |
