Happiness is something different for every person..so what do you think of it?How is it achieved?And what do you think of this quote:
The only thing standing between me and total happiness is reality.

So whats the happiness for you?and tell us why!

Happiness is ur best friends always standin' by ur side, always bein' there 4 you. The love btw a mother n her child...

But my own happiness comes when I accomplish things, things for my future... that's my true happiness...

Happiness for me can be as simple as spending a day with my friends or family,or having a good day,doing something that makes me proud etc...But as easily as it comes,it goes away sometimes :S
As for the quote,yes I started believing in that idea a few days ago :( :S

24/24 happiness becomes boring and worthless, happiness is very valuable because it's rare.

Happiness is something that means different things to different people, but overall it seems that it is the way we choose to think about ourselves, our place in the world, and the world around us, and how we act in that world, that differentiates the happy people from the less happy people :yayi:

What distinguishes happy people, is that they have a different attitude - a different way of thinking about things and doing things. They interpret the world in a different way, and go about their lives in a different way.

as for me lool being happy means : having a strong positive relationship between job status/income/wealth and personal life :)

What most don't know is that happiness can bring you suffering at some point ... That's why happiness is classified into 4 levels (i hope i remember them :p ):
1 - Physical happiness or Materialized one : it's the ability to possess things that makes you happy ... it gives you temporary happiness but when you loose them, you get frustrated ... it's good but shouldn't be an end goal for you ...
2 - Ego-happiness : it's the happiness brought by personal achievments, being famous, successful, powerful ... but people changes and these can change as well and it may lead to depression at some point ... People often mistakes this as an end point and forget the important things ...
3 - Contributing Happiness : it's when you do something and you feel you changed it for the good, when you make a difference beyound yourself ... when you think in the others and not yourself ... kamen it's a marvelous thing but not all people, communities are the same, so when you see others suffering and feel unable to help them you get miserable as well :S!!!
4 - Faith : this is the ultimate happiness ... it's the belief that not matter what you do or happen there is a fair, ultimate good power in the world that at some point will spread the justice ...
Here is your end point and once you reached this level ... you've reached the ulitmate happiness

Happiness is when something goes out of dreams to real life....

But extreme happiness is never achieved, cz before extreme happiness comes, there mus be an equal and opposite destruction :(
