Vcoderz Community - Stale Page in your Cache?

Hi guys for the last week i have been playing Pool on Yahoo! games without interruption untill yesterday.
when i tried to log on to a room this msg pops out:

the first 3 reasons can't be it (i'm sure)
so the problem is number 4.

i cleared all the cache from firefox & i even enlarge its limit to 200 MB instead of 50 MB. & i pressed also Ctrl + Shif + Delete & for more safety i used Advanced WindowsCare V2 Pro to delete all the history & cookies & cache & when i was done i tried to re-enter any room & still the same msg pops out.....

What should i do?

(if the pic is not clear enough:

the 4 options :
1) You are behind a firewall
2) You are not connected to the internet
3) The games server is down
4) You have a stale page in your cache

1) it is fixed
2) obvious :D
3) not true my friends were waiting for me in the room

so the problem is number 4

(Same problem with IE also)
