I have the pc version, bass they don't say Hezbollah or Sanioura, they say the Prime minister went to the US for some operation and a Syro-Iranian backed group started a coup (I have no clue what made you think its hezbollah they are talking about
) so the US came to Lebanon to "restore the goverment". The game is not superb but I enjoyed virtualy killing Syrians and Iranian special forces in Lebanon.
