The saudi guys have an agreement with the Israeilis directly or through the USA ( who has american bases in KSA) to give the territories to Palestinians. In return to this favor to Israel , the saudi boys will have:

1- the economical power that will allow them to overthrow the shias in iran
2- strategical military bases with the help of the americans to become the most powerful arabic country ( before iran akid) and secure their borders.
3- and who knows, make peace with israel and turn like jordan and egypt as touristical country .
