Any country in the world, especially when facing strong countries, should make a strategical defense plan but surely not on television and not with some persons on this table that report to the american embassy. Those persons kept travelling outside lebanon and asking them to help in forcing the disarm of hizbollah, some asked help of americans others france and Saudi.
The table of dialogue didn't lead to something 14th february want.
As you know, the plan of hizbollah was that there is an 'equilibre' between israel and him. Hizbollah thought that israel would not dare hitting lebanon but of course the americans wanted to show that this strategy won't work and that is why the LF leader said that his strategy won. Of course, israel wants him a strong leader but he couldn't get it himself. Israel surely preferrs LF leader and not General AOUN .

I totally agree... that was a mistake, they supported the wrong people, they supported those who back stabbed them during the war!
About the defence strategy, i don't think it can be agreed upon on a round table... they need the Army Leader "General Michel Sleiman" they need some Hezbollah Leaders in Fighting and Wars, they need the ministry of defence and interior not samir geagea nor anyone else...
