Bashar's regime is facing some internal problems, some news were circulating that 2 months ago the syrian regime survived from a coup d'etat, and there is some expectations saying that the followers of the USA in Lebanon (geagea,hariri,jumblat...) are beting on another coming successful coup d'etat in Syria which will end the Baathist regime and create a pro-american regime there, maybe Syria is taking some precautions by calling the 4th rank.

anyway it's so obvious that the region is close to a war. these western military crowds growing in the mediteranean sea are not so innocent
