Well first of all, the United Nations did enforce sanctions on Pakistan. Thats number one. Number two is that Pakistan only became a US ally after the attacks of September 01 which was after the sanctions and after the nuclear program was way into an advanced level EVERYONE knew about (thats why there were sanctions)...As I said, if you want to measure the military success of countries and define their success with that narrow measurement, obviously you will have to like many countries that u really hate Go read about Iran's system and honestly ask yourself (and don't answer me, just answer yourself) , do u really want to live in such a country?
