Yeah i think actions proove love more than words ...
but it won't hurt if you say I love You daily and you mean it ...
for example:
(By Words) : I can say I love you for 100 girls daily ... okey t5ine 100 girls daily ma 7a tetsadda2
... tayyib for 10 girls daily ... so what ?
(By Action) : but i can't buy them all flowers daily wa ella benkissir ... I'll buy only for the one i really love (
P.S : I'm not a kind of guy that buy flowers just an example

in conclusion : words are cheaper to the pocket ... actions are usually directed towards the one you really love .. words and actions a7ssan combination
