1st hormone: Secretin, which causes the pancreas to pour sodium bicarbonate into the small intestine, which neutralizes the acidity of the incoming chyme.
2nd hormone: cholestokinin, which stimulates the pancreas to release various digestive enzymes into the small intestines.
N.B: they are both produced by the cells of the upper small intestine.
