Actually this may apply to more people than really think, the cars, the degrees...i wont tackle this point point and inch by inch. This forward is probably from a the U.S.A or europe which fits well into the designated concommatrice populace. But the main point is to improve the way the targeted audience thinks (the main idea here of it is improving, not who is targeted and how few)
