I think this is just another trash, for couple of reasons:

1- Michel hayek, doesn't "predict" like this, he always state, locally/internationally/regionally/ and he states "Close distance" and "Long distance" ...those terms are not mentioned in this article.

2- The way the "predictions" are expressed/mentioned, are not the ones of Hayek, because he doesn't use such a vocabulary. Try to search for some of his articles, and you'll know.
