oh well usually when u want to say goodbye to a teacher bring him/her a small souvenir that makes him/her remember u, very simple gift can make a huge effect specially on a teacher, and well about the goodbye speech u want to give him/her, u could actually tell the teacher how much he/she means to u

its very rare to see a student telling a teacher that they care about him/her, thats all I got till now

Sorry for the small info but I never had to say goodbye to teacher coz somehow they keep hunting me whenever I go
