I back what you said, however Hizbullah has shown great cooperation on this matter but 14feb and their control on the justice institution has gone too far.
They even made an absence judgment on a 14 year old girl for like 20 years of prison. How would any of those people consider returning to Lebanon after such an act. it's like saying "don't dare to do it, either young or old will pay for it!".
There's no question about getting back those people to their land and families, they're Lebanese after all.
