I Have Windows XP, MacOS ( Too Slow On Virtual Machine Only ), FreeBSD, And BackTrack (Linux) Operating Systems On My Virtual Machine It Is Bad That The MacOS Kernel Doesn't Support VMware Tools, But I Managed To Do My Own VMware Tools Patch For Backtrack Linux
I read an article talking about samba sharing between both systems. and that the file dragging only works with same operation systems.
However i had no time to try it, i have samba installed though.
As for the text copy pasting, that's a new tip to try
